Message	deposit i would assume you would have to give it back. Deposits are usuallly refunded unless stated as Non-refundable. If you had 3 offers i would just hit up the higher offer first and see if they are still interested and just go down the line from there, not sure what your selling but i assume whatever it is , you can probably move it quick?
